Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals and families affected by alcohol and other drug use through treatment, education and training, and research promoting a greater understanding of addiction disorders. Matrix Institute.s goal today is to improve the quality and availability of addiction treatment services. The focus of the Institute is to disseminate accurate, empirically-based information in the healthcare system.
